How long will counseling take?

3-9 months.

Small changes make big differences...and sometimes it’s more about what you’re taking off your list than what you’re adding to it.

What will we talk about?

I’ll help you to prioritize what feels most critical to address.

What if what we’re going to couples counseling for is my partner's fault?

During counseling, each partner will have the opportunity to share their perspectives, explore what went wrong and how each can contribute to restoring the relationship.

What if I want to do coaching, not counseling?

You can have that! Coaching is a great option for clients who are ready to jump in and take definitive action. During your first session, we’ll determine together if coaching is the best option for you.
